Cello: rental or purchase?

In order to play, practise and be able to have lessons, it is important to have an instrument for yourself. Of course you don’t need to buy one right away. Best is to rent one, especially in the beginning. There are smaller cellos especially suitable for small children. Apart from the size, these are no different from the bigger ones. Together we’ll measure the right size for you.

For students of mine I have a couple of cellos for rent with discount. If I don’t have an instrument available for you, it is always possible to go to a violinmaker. I can always help you find one that rents out instruments. For rental, repair or buying an instrument, I often suggest Maas Vioolbouw.
